Among the recordings I managed to make were several tracks from the album 'Live at the Mint', featuring the legendary blues shouter Jimmy Witherspoon. What I heard on that live recording included some of the most inspired, imaginative, and masterful blues guitar solos that have ever reached my ears. To this day, I still consider Robben Ford's guitar work on that album to be one of the finest moments of his entire career.
