While Lenny focused his musical energies mainly on jazz and flamenco, he enjoyed pop music of his era. He spoke highly of the Beatles, Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix among others and recorded three well-known 1960s pop songs on his first album, "Guitar Sounds From Lenny Breau". In this clip, he shares his thoughts on Pop and Psychedelic music of the 1960's and then plays "Taranta", an original Flamenco/Jazz composition that he recorded in a trio version on his first album.
