Big Boy Henry Sessions - Raw Video Archive - 5/2/90 (5)
Whenever I used to work on projects with Big Boy Henry, we would compose all the songs "off the cuff" so I would set up a camcorder in the studio and just let it roll to have a raw, unedited, video archive of the entire session, including the spontaneous songs that didn't "make the cut". Here is an archive video from 1990 of Big Boy, Jim Miller, and myself laying down 2 songs. I am playing slide at first but break a string at the beginning of the first song and have to play that one on 5 strings ... so I grab Big Boy's old SG, put down the slide, and play the SG in standard tuning for the second song.
