Big Boy Henry Live At The Attic - I Want Some Of Your Loving - 1982
Big Boy with his session artists performs "Some Of Your Loving" as a sound check, while setting up for his featured spot at the ATTIC"s WVSP Jazz and Blues benefit show. This live recording is from a rare live appearance at a local Greenville, NC night club one evening in August, 1982. Big Boy first performed a short set of solo traditional folk blues renditions of his favorite compositions and was then joined on stage by Lightnin Wells, Bad Bob, Shakin Aiken, amd Mike Hamer.....the studio side men who also had accompanied him on his historic single release "Mr. President" (AAS-007) and portions of his follow-up Audio Arts EP "Mr. Ball's Warehouse" (AAEP-008)

Richard Leslie Henry (born May 26, 1921 – December 5, 2004), better known as Big Boy Henry, was an American Piedmont blues guitarist, singer and songwriter. His most notable recording was "Mr. President", a protest against cuts in social welfare undertaken by President Ronald Reagan. It won Henry a W. C.
