Fairport Convention : High School Confidential (1980)
Filmed - with one camera - at Cropredy 1980, the first "reunion" festival after the split the previous year. This clip appeared on a limited edition VHS video issued through Videotfolk in late 1982. The tape came with no cover and was sometimes called "Farewell Farewell" or just "Cropredy 30th August 1980". Richard Thompson is on lead vocals, along with Dave Swarbrick, Simon Nicol, Dave Pegg, Dave Mattacks, Bruce Rowland and guests Linda Thompson and Ralph McTell.. This excerpt is all there is on the video. Fairport released a version of High School Confidential on the live album from the following year's festival "Moat On The Ledge", but this is the 1980 version.

Fairport Convention are an English folk rock band, formed in 1967 by guitarists Richard Thompson and Simon Nicol, bassist Ashley Hutchings and drummer Shaun Frater.
