There Shall Be Showers of Blessings ~ Tex Ritter and The Oklahoma Sweethearts (1956)

This is an oddball release. It's a beautiful gospel song featuring #TexRitter and #TheOklahomaSweethearts and the US version was released in 1952 backed with “The Letter Edged in Black,” whereas the UK release, the one here, shows 1956 as a release date and it is backed with “High Noon (Do Not Forsake Me).” It was written by #ElNathan (misspelled Natham on all of the Capitol releases) and #JamesMcGranaham; the UK release also shows #KenNelson as the arranger for this side. It's a beautiful hymn, possibly one of the best religious songs from Tex. Please consider supporting my work: paypal.me/HankfanHankfan You'll notice that my musical tastes run all over the place. If I'm not posting your favorite genre, give it time and I'm sure I'll get to it as long as it isn't rap, opera, or new "country!" Please hit the "like" button, subscribe, and share to your favorite social media sites! I appreciate those who have contributed and look forward to bringing more music your way. There's no copyright infringement intended. If there's ever a problem, I'm happy to remove any video. God bless ya!
