Piano recital, 1986(‽)
I was 13. I regret I don't remember what concerto this is (help?), but I post it here in memory of the illustrious Fred Griesinger (1918--1993) of the Peabody Institute. He also taught for 19 of those years at St. Timothy's School in Stevenson.He gave private lessons until last August. Born in Cleveland, he attended Case Western Reserve University there before moving to Baltimore to study at the Peabody Conservatory, where he earned a bachelor's degree and an artist's diploma. He made his concert debut at Town Hall in New York City, twice appeared as a soloist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra and, in addition to many recitals in the Baltimore area, made concert appearances throughout the East, South and Midwest.
