Int'l Meeting on Diplomacy, Communication and Sentiment in the Digital Era. #letsgetdiplodigital INTRO and PROGRAMME Humans have always communicated using various tools, from graffiti to emails and beyond. Diplomacy and its advocacy strategies are subject to deep transformations resulting from an increasingly digitalized world. How to monitor, predict and analyse sentiment online; how to communicate in critical situations; how to measure successful campaigns; and how to make decisions based on (which) metrics are questions to be discussed at an international level, within and outside the diplomatic world.
