A rare recording of one of the earliest Death Row concerts. Before renaming themselves to Pentagram in 1984, the group played as Death Row, a band started by guitarist Victor Griffin and drummer Joe Hasselvander. Hasselvander and bassist Marty Swaney had previously played in Pentagram with Bobby Liebling, and after the breakup of Pentagram, the members found themselves together again with Griffin in Death Row. The rest is history. Some songs performed here (Bride of Evil, Burning Savior, Through the Shadow) were hardly ever performed live, so it's certainly a treat to hear them in their infancy! Some songs are incomplete, but most of the set is here. Enjoy! SETLIST: 0:00 - The Ghoul (incomplete) 4:19 - Bride of Evil 9:13 - Burning Savior (incomplete) 16:11 - Feeling of Dread / Sinister 23:30 - Petrified 28:38 - Relentless 32:41 - Joe Hasselvander drum solo 37:08 - Through the Shadow 43:31 - Dying World (incomplete)
