you have 2 group with the same name ( Universals like this group.) Philadelphia Doo-wop group- The only record that I have seen on this label is this. This song was actually the "B" side of a The Universals &--Bo Diddley type song called "He's So Right". The A side garnered much airplay here in Boston in 1958. This group had records on th efollowing labels. Ascot, Cora-Lee, Festival, Shepard, Mark-X and Southern between 1957-1963. They also had an LP released in 1973 on Relic. It must be sides from all the aabove labels. A-The Universals (3) (Amityville, New-York)1961 - Dreaming / Love Bound (Festival 1601) B-The Universals (4) (Hollywood, Ca)1962 - A Love Only You Can Give / I'm In Love (Shepherd 2000) THE UNIVERSALS (all leads by Roosevelt Simmons) MARK-X 7004 Again/Teenage Love - 9/57 CORA-LEE 501 He's So Right/The Picture - 1958 ASCOT 2124 Dear Ruth/Gotta Little Girl - 2/63 NOTE: Universals records on Kerwood, Festival, and Shepard are by different groups.
