Peggy Seeger - Mary Hamilton (Early Version)
Peggy Seeger sings the traditional ballad 'Mary Hamilton' (Child #173) believed to be about a lady-in-waiting to the queen of Scotland in the 1500s. The song, also known as 'The Four Marys,' was on Seeger's 1962 Prestige album 'A Song For You And Me.' NOTE: I've created a new, improved video for this song - and it's in high-definition too. Please give it a look.
