WatchTower - Freewill (Rush cover)
Tech-metal pioneers WatchTower perform Rush's 'Freewill' at The Exotic Garage in Austin, Texas with original guitarist Billy White - October 31, 1985. In preparation for their gig the next night (November 1, 1985) celebrating the release of their debut album 'Energetic Disassembly', WatchTower performed a Halloween set of Rush cover songs in a virtually empty warehouse. The band payed tribute to their early 'backyard party' roots where they would perform a mix of original material and covers by Rush, Saxon, Iron Maiden, and Deep Purple.
