Pathe Actuelle 020627...This terribly worn but very historic recording looks like it was played with a nail file. But a most rare recording of one of the first African American blues singers to record ..Lavina Turner. She made recordings in 1921 and 1922 and then vanished from the scene. Her recordings are very scarce today.
