“Historia”, words by and music by Charlie Rodd, 2015 as performed by Charlie Rodd, from A Mi Lado, 2018 The BHCC Popular Music Ensemble, Spring 2022 Bota Chen - drums Lewis McCaskill - bass Ahmad Orfali - acoustic guitar Sofia Padilla Garcia - shaker, backing vocals Carlos Parada Araujo - lead vocals Ba Pham - keyboards Nico Shihade - electric guitar James Waters - tambourine Mark Popeney - acoustic guitar, backing vocals “Historia” es un canción que pertenece al genero de pop-rock. “Historia” is a pop-rock hit based on the emotions of heartbreak. It was the obvious choice for Charlie Rodd’s album A Mi Lado. Rodd takes us through the instances of reminiscing what once was, but never forgetting memories that remained. He tells us that although those days are gone life continues and our story does not end. Although the love has faded, that person remains influencing the things we do and experience. - notes by Carlos Parada Araujo The Bunker Hill Community College Popular Music Ensemble Mark Popeney, director Video recording by K.
