Sevendust (feat. Chino Moreno) - 'Bender' [FULL video version] 🤘 Rare, longest video version of guest appearance Chino Moreno from Deftones on Sevendust song. Shared by: Deftones Zone, ENJOY 🤘 Notes: ✔️ 'Bender' is song from 'Home', the second studio album by Sevendust (released on August 24, 1999). ✔️ Sevendust members about Chino guest appearance (from MTV article on July, 1999): - guitarist John Connelly: "We had finished up for the night, and we were down in the pool room when Clint came through and said, 'I wonder if we ought to get Chino in,' and we were like, 'God, why didn't we think of that.' We made the call that night.... It was like one o'clock in the morning. He wanted to be there on Friday, and we were like, 'Whoa, wait a minute. Come Monday. Friday's a little early. That only gives us two days to get ready,' but it was a blast." - vocalist Lajon Witherspoon: "Chino came out at the end of the work process of the album, and we pulled out a song that we had thrown away that probably wasn't going to make the album. Chino heard it and liked it a lot. We all collaborated and sat down together and came out with a really tight song. I'm happy about it. It shows both our vocal styles." Sevendust is an American rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 1994 by bassist Vinnie Hornsby, drummer Morgan Rose, and guitarist John Connolly. After their first demo, lead vocalist Lajon Witherspoon and guitarist Clint Lowery joined the group. Following a few name changes, the members settled on Sevendust and released their self-titled debut album in 1997, which sold only 310 copies in its first week but ultimately achieved gold certification.
