Lottonen P-6X: Petri Hakala (Plectrum)
Mr. Petri Hakala is well-known finnish folk musician and a respected teacher. His main instruments are mandolin, guitar and violin. He has played in records and live with: Korkkijalka, Speed limit, Ottopasuuna, Maria Kalaniemi & Aldargaz, Helsinki Mandoliners, Erik Hokkanen & Lumisudet, Markku Lepistön yhtye sekä duo, Freshet, Tango Orkesteri Unto sekä Grupo Choramba. Petri is a longtime customer of Lottonen Guitars and we are happy to have had the chance to be a small part of his magnificent sound.
About Maria Kalaniemi
Maria Kalaniemi is a Finnish accordionist. She was classically trained, gaining her MMus from the Sibelius Academy in 1992, but has become mostly known as a folk musician having played this music from childhood, besides her classical music studies, and also at the folk music department of the Sibelius Academy.
