What a great, classic tune.. HOWEVER, if you have the actual Soundtrack Album, from Easy Rider, you know that the song is on there, but performed by Smith .(NOT the Band) They did pretty good, but I sure enjoy the great original style by The BAND ... They DID do the song in the Movie, however.. was simply an issue that it would not release on the Soundtrack Album.. So anyhow, here is that great performance by The Band, on the actual, VERY RARE 45 single.. on Capitol #2269 ...hope you enjoy, for Hump Day.. And...
