Northwest Passage by Stan Rogers (rare live recording)
It is difficult to find good live recordings, but this is the best live version I could find of Stan Rogers & Co. singing his timeless song of courage and heroism, Northwest Passage. From his show at Godfrey Daniels in Bethlehem PA, on Dec 1, 1982. Originally uploaded on YouTube by the prolific concert uploader: westernmaryland1928. The whole concert is available on that channel but I searched for this version so many times that I thought it would be worth clipping and reuploading to my own channel. Stan’s voice and songwriting abilities were truly incredible and he was lost to the world far too soon. Yet through the recordings of his music he will live on for many generations to come. RIP, Stan Rogers.
