Here's the long awaited video I've been wanting to do and have been rehearsing for some time now. And finally got it down! This is most of the Live album that was released in 1970 but recorded a year before. Started with this idea back in late February, didn't have this this exact video idea in mind but it worked out well I think. First time I had done any specials affects or editing like this in a video with these type of enhancements. Was very time consuming to do, especially when I had to synch up the video with audio, then a separate video from different camera views to match the video. Some parts might be a tad off but I don't think is as bad plus, it's my first video like this ya know. I did mange to have a few bad notes I hit during the actual recording and could have done a better take but I'm overall happy with this. After all, it is a live album I'm covering. The left hand I wanted to be a bit more subtle in tone and volume and have the right hand chords more isolated and heard more like on the actual album. Can be especially heard on In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida during Erik's guitar solo. Wanted to use the Vox Jaguar but decided to go with this instead and has a volume pedal so that helps out with some songs that need it. I want to note that I only did the first 6 min of IAGDV. Just didn't want to relearn and play the middle section differently. What I'm using are a 1968 Farfisa Combo Compact through my Fender Champion amp. I had this on the British voice setting that was preselected on the amp. Also have about half way of the knob for reverb. And then I used my Fender foot switch for a delay effect on Soul Experience. It's the same pedal I used for the studio version on my channel. Track Listing 1. In The Time Of Our Lives 2. Filled With Fear 3. Soul Experience 4. You Can't Win 5. Are You Happy? 6. In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida Video was recorded on March 28, 2021
