James Parks was driving force behind Bull and The Matadors and their signature fluid harmony, perfectly showcased with "If You Decide" that has been a favourite of mine for decades. As well as possessing a standout soulful vocal "Bull" was also a gifted lyricist, penning all "Matadors" material.
