Attack on Titan Dub Cast Revealed! (Cast Rundown and Overall Opinion)

Chandler HITCH – Brittney Karbowski JURGEN – Justin Cook MIKE ZACHARIAS – Jason Douglas NANABA – Lydia Mackay PEER – Philip Weber Jason Douglas is known as Gildarts Clive from Fairy Tail, Bandoh from Elfen Lied and Joe Buttataki from Soul Eater. Lydia MacKay is most well known as Trisha Elric from the FMA series, and Ultear Mikovich from Fairy Tail. Brittney Karbowski is most well known as Black Star from Soul Eater and Wendy Marvell from Fairy Tail. And that's it for the casting call for season 1! Thoughts? Opinions? And Todd Haberkorn, of course, is known as Natsu Dragneel in Fairy Tail, Death the Kid in Soul Eater, Ling Yao in FMA: Brotherhood, Apos in Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne, Hikaru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club and much, much more. UPDATE 6/1/14: So this went completely under the radar during all the casting announcements, but the voice actors for Erd Gin and Nile Dok have in fact been revealed! Nile will be voiced by Ian Sinclair, whose notable roles include Dallas Genoard in Baccano!, Romano in Hetalia: Axis Powers, and Toriko in, well, Toriko. And Erd will be voiced by none other than Vic Mignogna! Vic is...well, I shouldn't have to tell you who he is, he's one of the most well-known names in anime, but in case you need a refresher, Vic is most well known as the voice of Edward Elric in the FullMetal Alchemist series, as well as Spirit Albarn in Soul Eater, Tamaki Suoh in Oran High School Host Club, and many, MANY other roles. Both roles WERE officially announced on Funimation's official twitter, just the day after this video went up, but due to all the commotion they slipped under my notice. But here they are! Still waiting on Mike, Auruo and Gunter. UPDATE 4/5/14: Wow, I'm late with this, but Eren's voice actor has been revealed as Bryce Papenbrook, also known for the voices of Kirito from Sword Art Online and Red from Pokemon Origins. This week, the majority of the Attack on Titan dub cast was revealed through Funimation. Here I give the cast rundown and my overall thoughts based on the clips that were released throughout the week. The dub will premiere at Anime Boston on March 21st-23rd. The voice actor for Eren Jeager will most likely be revealed at this time as well.
