Country Company features the following entertainers: Jerry Hodges, vocals and rhythm guitar; Cal Akers, lead guitar; Cal Lane, vocals and sax; David Potter, vocals and fiddle; J.D. Ramsey, vocals and bass guitar; and Andy Rizzo, vocals and drums. "Ace in the Hole" was written by Dennis Adkins and recorded by George Strait in 1989. George's touring band is called "The Ace in the Hole Band." The song is about life and how you have to keep a few tricks up your sleeve in order to get ahead. Everyone is fighting to succeed and have a good life and in order to beat out the competition you have to have some good people around you -- which definitely includes the Country Company band and fans!
