They Might Be Giants - Everything Right Is Wrong (BBC Radio 1 Broadcasts) In 1985 and 1990, "Everything Right Is Wrong" from the band's flexi-disc was played on BBC Radio 1 by John Peel. With the first recording being one of the band's earliest known radio appearances. In the second broadcast, John Peel mentions that the band themselves had sent him the flexi-disc for airplay, with the disc also coming with a cassette tape, a press-kit and a letter, which announced plans to perform in London, as well as release a 12" EP in the U.S. Both plans did not end up coming to fruition and the second broadcast is the only mention of them that is currently known.
