Head Cut, by Siouxsie and the Banshees. From the "Juju" album, 1981 Guitars by John McGeoch Ok... I wasn't getting any closer to figuring this out, and I lost my hopes on finding a live video of McGeoch playing this, so here's all I got. The intro is played differently on bootlegs I heard, but the way I played sounds closer to the album IMHO. Maybe they changed it for live. Also, there's a part I'm not sure if it's guitar or bass or something else, it seems to sometimes overlap the guitar, so I didn't try to play it (except on a part there in the middle-end). Tuning is Drop-D, which is something I also got from a bootleg, but now that I think about it, it's not really necessary to play the song the way I did... so maybe the bootleg tracks were out of order? Couldn't get that swooshy sound from my MXR Flanger either, I think I'll have to mess with the internal trimpots. Yamaha SG3000 - MXR M117 Flanger - Boss DD3 (used to split the signal) - into Roland JC77 (chorus on) and Laney VC30 (drive on).
