1941 Westen Flyer Motorhome designed by Brooks Stevens and rebuilt by Howdy Ledbetter.
Mr. Brooks Stevens, a major force in industrial design, was inducted into the Industrial Design Hall of Fame. In 1941, he designed the Western Flyer Motorhome. Only three were ever built. Nationally known hot rod builder, Howdy Ledbetter, completely rebuilt the unit at a later time keeping true to the original Stevens design. Let the current owner, Michael Karch, tell you the story.
