Chicagoan Jimmie Lee Robinson played with the many Blues greats but only had two 45’s released by this local indie. Following up “Chicago Jump” with “Twist It Baby” in 1960. Neither 45 took off, Both sides showcase Jimmy’s skillfully manipulation of the Blues guitar. He was just as comfortable, with an all out thumping guitar attack or calm guitar caressing suitable for the emotional Blues ballad.
