It reached no 2 in France & certified Gold (200,000 copies). It was also successful in other countries, reaching no 2 in Quebec, no 4 in Belgium & no 21 in Switzerland. The lyrics, by Jacques Veneruso, who worked with Dion on her previous French album, 1 fille & 4 types, say that the song is a dedication to all Dion's fans, a declaration of love. It was issued as a digital download in Canada on 27 September 2005 and in France on 3 October 2005. The CD single was released in France, Belgium, and Switzerland later that month.
