Was a Danish singer, songwriter and actress. The composer, singer and actress Jytte Pilloni came from Randers. She had the lead role in the play Love without and as a singer she showed her enormous talent in the John Mogensen performance As long as my heart beats, which played several hundred times at the Private Theater for full houses - and with which she toured around the country for 11 years. In parallel, she worked with Solvognen and participated in performances including in several rounds at Jomfru Ane Teatret in Aalborg, Riddersalen, Aveny-Teatret and Rottef?ldens revy in Svendborg. Jytte Pilloni was a natural talent who for 20 years left her mark on Danish rock music, among other things. in the Blue Sun Orchestra. Later she formed her own orchestra Pilloni Band, which over a five-year period released three albums and was a sought-after live band. Later she founded the band Sorte Penge together with Wili Jonsson and Henrik Tvede. She starred in the TV show Draw Your Career. In 1996, Jytte Pilloni received the Erling Schroder Memorial Scholarship. Jytte Pilloni has also sung on Anders Roland and Finn Olafsson's reunion album Tilbage til nutiden, on the song "Himlen over dig" - originally a song from the TV series Johansen's last wicked days by Steen Kaalo. About R.E.M.

R.E.M. was an American rock band formed in Athens, Georgia, in 1980 by drummer Bill Berry, guitarist Peter Buck, bassist Mike Mills, and lead vocalist Michael Stipe, who were students at the University of Georgia. R.E.M. was noted for Buck's arpeggiated "jangle" guitar playing; Stipe's distinctive vocal style, unique stage presence, and cryptic lyrics; Mills's countermelodic bass lines and backing vocals; and Berry's tight, economical drumming. In the early 1990s, other alternative rock acts suc...

About This Footage

The clip page featuring Jytte Pilloni and Blue Sun performing "It's All Money Johnny" in 1951 is a rare and fascinating piece of footage that offers a glimpse into the early days of Danish rock music. What makes this clip particularly notable is its juxtaposition with another artist, R.E.M., which appears to be an error in the clip title.

R.E.M.'s bio highlights their significant contributions to American rock music from 1980 to 2011. However, there is no connection between Jytte Pilloni and Blue Sun's performance in 1951 and R.E.M.'s work. The inclusion of R.E.M.'s name in the clip title seems to be a mistake.

Jytte Pilloni, on the other hand, was a Danish singer, songwriter, and actress who left an indelible mark on Danish rock music over two decades. Her talent was evident from a young age, as she had the lead role in the play "Love without" and showcased her singing abilities in the performance "As long as my heart beats." Pilloni's work with Solvognen and her own orchestra, Pilloni Band, further solidified her reputation as a natural talent.

The clip itself is a TV appearance from 1951, making it an extremely rare piece of footage. The song "It's All Money Johnny" was performed by Jytte Pilloni and Blue Sun in 1976, not 1951, which suggests that the provided information may be incorrect or incomplete.

Despite this discrepancy, the clip remains a significant find for music historians and enthusiasts interested in exploring the early days of Danish rock music. The fact that it is a live performance adds to its value, providing a unique insight into the style and energy of Pilloni's performances during this period.

It is also worth noting that Jytte Pilloni was not only a talented musician but also an actress who appeared in various TV shows and plays throughout her career. Her work with Anders Roland and Finn Olafsson on their reunion album "Tilbage til nutiden" further highlights her versatility as a performer.

The inclusion of the song "Himlen over dig," which was originally featured in the TV series "Johansen's last wicked days," demonstrates Pilloni's ability to adapt to different musical styles and genres. Her collaboration with other artists, such as Wili Jonsson and Henrik Tvede, in the band Sorte Penge showcases her willingness to experiment and push boundaries.

In conclusion, while there may be some discrepancies in the provided information, the clip page featuring Jytte Pilloni and Blue Sun performing "It's All Money Johnny" remains a significant find for music historians and enthusiasts. It offers a rare glimpse into the early days of Danish rock music and highlights Pilloni's talent as a singer, songwriter, and actress.
