Reality is the Nightmare (Kick Axe: Vancouver Seeds 2)

"Reality is the Nightmare", by Kick Axe, is a vinyl rip from CFOX's Vancouver Seeds 2 (1981), an excellent compilation of music from Vancouver's vibrant music scene in the early 80's. The song includes a killer introduction (the Prelude) that features Larry Gillstrom on guitar and his brother, Brian Gillstrom, on drums. Rounding out the lineup at this point are Charles McNary (lead singer), Victor Langen (bass), and Raymond Harvey (rhythm guitar). "Reality is a Nightmare" is a real rock gem that has been almost completely forgotten, and that's a shame. My rip isn't the greatest (the album is well used), but I hope you'll still enjoy it.
