About Aron Burton

Senatobia, MS-born (June 15, 1938) and Chicago, IL-based (with a stint in Berlin, Germany) blues singer, bass guitarist and songwriter. In a long career as a sideman he has played with Freddie King, Albert Collins, Junior Wells, Fenton Robinson, Wild Child Butler, Jackie Ross, John Littlejohn, James Cotton, Menard Rogers, and Carey Bell, and has released a number of solo albums. Brother of [a624839]. Died in February 29, 2016.
