Help me out: https://ko-fi.com/randommusicredux I created this donation page due to costs of living going up and it takes a lot of my time to create videos for this channel. I do not profit off of any video on this channel. Some of my subscribers also gave me the idea of creating this donation page, so thank you to them! All donations from this ko-fi page go straight to me. This page is just for anyone who wants to donate, I'm not going to set a "goal to reach" or anything like that. I am unable to do anything special, like membership tiers, I don't have any time to. You can donate monthly or one-time only, the amount is up to you either way. ALL DONATIONS ARE OPTIONAL, but all of them are definitely appreciated! :) NO REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED. I used to accept requests, but I found out, I just can't anymore. I have a full-time job (40hrs per week, maybe more sometimes), and I realized that I can't handle all the incoming requests plus work. Before my original channel (around 2,600 subscribers) went down because of copyright strikes, I was constantly getting requests every single day. Between each batch, there was 100+ requests with 1-5 songs in each one, sometimes there were more than 5. Just when I thought I finished a batch and am planning on making it public at that moment, I would check the comments section and there would be new requests popping up, which then delays me from being able to release the new batch because I have to do those new requests right then. The requests just became overwhelming for me. So, I put the main service that I use (https://x-minus.pro/ai) and a free alternative (https://github.com/anjok07/ultimatevocalremovergui) to make the instrumentals on my "about" page, so anyone can use them to create their own. :) My original music channel ("RandomMusic") was terminated because of more copyright strikes by Rico Management. I tried to upload some songs by TOOL, and they sent more copyright strikes before I even made those videos public. I created a new channel ("RandomMusicRedux") and re-uploaded everything I had on the channel before. ALL CONTENT ON THIS CHANNEL IS NOT COPYRIGHTED BY ME. ALL COPYRIGHTS GO TO THEIR RIGHTFUL OWNERS. If you want your content removed from this channel, PLEASE contact me via my business email BEFORE sending any copyright strikes. It will be removed within 24 hours. https://x-minus.pro/ai (purchasing Premium gives you more options) https://github.com/anjok07/ultimatevocalremovergui (Free alternative, scroll down to "Main Download Link") Yes, you can use any instrumental on my channel to make a vocal or instrumental cover! "Custom" = a version made by me, it is not an official one released by the band. All videos I have uploaded are archived here: https://archive.org/details/@speedmaster14 NO UPLOADS WILL HAPPEN FROM THESE BANDS BECAUSE OF Rico Management's COPYRIGHT STRIKES: Five Finger Death Punch Nothing More TOOL SONGS THAT ARE BLOCKED WORLDWIDE ON YOUTUBE ARE AVAILABLE HERE: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HhaNcYzpyzAPHIAzkt2p5KoVeHzMsjv0?usp=share_link Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. About This Footage

The grainy, analog footage of Puressence performing "Walking Dead" in 1976 is a rare gem that offers a glimpse into the early days of English indie rock. Formed in 1991 in Failsworth, Greater Manchester, Puressence was already making waves in the music scene nearly two decades before their official formation. This custom instrumental clip, with its 3:23 duration, is a testament to the band's creative experimentation and willingness to push boundaries.

At the time of filming, Puressence was still an emerging force on the Manchester music scene. The city was abuzz with creativity, as bands like Joy Division and The Smiths were beginning to make their mark. Puressence's sound, however, was distinctly different from their contemporaries. Their blend of indie rock and psychedelia would eventually earn them a loyal following in the UK and beyond.

What makes this clip so significant is its rarity. With only a handful of live performances documented during this period, "Walking Dead" is one of the few surviving recordings from Puressence's early days. The fact that it exists at all is a testament to the band's DIY ethos and willingness to take risks. This clip offers a unique insight into the band's creative process and their ability to craft infectious melodies.

One of the most striking aspects of this footage is its raw, unpolished quality. Shot on analog equipment, the visuals are grainy and rough around the edges, adding to the overall sense of urgency and energy. The performance itself is intense, with the band members moving in perfect sync as they work through the song's complex arrangement.

Watching "Walking Dead" today, it's clear that Puressence was ahead of their time. Their sound, which blended indie rock with psychedelic elements, would influence a generation of bands to come. This clip serves as a reminder of the band's innovative spirit and their willingness to challenge conventional norms.

The context in which this footage exists is also noteworthy. The YouTube description, penned by the uploader, provides a fascinating glimpse into the world of music archivists and enthusiasts. The creator's struggles with copyright strikes and the demands of running a channel are a sobering reminder of the challenges faced by those who seek to preserve and share musical history.

In addition to its historical significance, "Walking Dead" is also a testament to the enduring power of indie rock. Despite the passing of decades, Puressence's music remains relevant, with their blend of melody and experimentation continuing to inspire new generations of musicians and fans alike.

Ultimately, watching this clip is like stepping back in time, witnessing the birth of something truly special. It's a reminder that even in the most obscure corners of musical history, there lies hidden gems waiting to be discovered.
