This is reel 2 of an approximately twenty minute 9.5mm condensation of the 1923 German Feature "Der verlorene Schuh", an expressionist adaption of Cinderella. None of the film is avaliable online or on home video to my knowlege, and I don't know if the entire 5 to 8 reel feature still survives. The music is from amateur recordings of classical music from my record collection. Scan by The Library of Congress.

R.E.M. was an American rock band formed in Athens, Georgia, in 1980 by drummer Bill Berry, guitarist Peter Buck, bassist Mike Mills, and lead vocalist Michael Stipe, who were students at the University of Georgia.
