I don't know much about Y & T but I have heard their name echoed many times by other really credible artists. From what I know they are an incredibly underrated 80's rock band was active from the early 70's all the way up to the 90's, but they had the majority of their success in 80's. Dave's vocals really remind of Sammy Hagar and his guitar playing reminds of a cross between Ronnie Montrose and John Sykes. I will be doing my best to incorporate this amazing band into my listening rotation. We live in such incredible times right now that I can discover such an amazing band like Y&T for the first time just like it was 40 years ago.
