She's been singing with one or both parents since the age of three. She recorded her first single with her Dad, "Daddy Come Home" when she was ten years old and performed it on an HBO special. Georgette also worked as a backup singer for her Mom. Georgette recorded a duet with Mark McGuinn that was included on his "One Man's Crazy" CD and has appeared on TV shows such as Crook and Chase, RFD-TV and The Grand Ole Opry. Georgette is a songwriter and member of SESAC and the CMA. "Stand by Your Man" is a song co-written by Tammy Wynette and Billy Sherrill and originally recorded by Wynette, released as a single in the United States on September 20, 1968. It proved to be the most successful record of Wynette's career, and is one of the most recorded songs in the history of country music. Mark McGuinn is an American country music artist. He made his debut in 2001 with the single "Mrs. Steven Rudy", a Top 10 hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks charts. It was the first of three singles from his first album Mark McGuinn, which was released in 2001 on the independent VFR Records label. The label was closed in 2002, and McGuinn did not a record another album until One Man's Crazy in 2006, released on Blue Flamingo Records. He has not recorded an album since then.
