You may know Mariska Hargitay as the tough and compassionate Detective Olivia Benson on Law & Order: SVU, but did you know that she is also a huge fan of Taylor Swift's music? And not only that, but the two stars are also close on a personal level. They first connected at a Met Gala, but truly became friends when Swift offered to take Hargitay and her husband home after a concert. How sweet is that? Hargitay recently attended Swift's Eras Tour with some very special guests, including her daughter, Amaya, TODAY Host Savannah Guthrie, and Selena Gomez. She shared some photos of herself and her friends enjoying the show on her Instagram page. The most adorable photo was of Taylor Swift's mother, Andrea, posing with Hargitay's daughter, Amaya. How cute is that? Hargitay has always been supportive of Swift's music and career. She even had a role in Swift's music video for "Bad Blood" and helped accept an award for the video at the VMAs in 2015. Hargitay also wrote an essay for Time magazine praising Swift's profound and empowering music. She said that Swift is "tuned in to the greater good" and "embraces the chance to contribute to the world". We love seeing this friendship between Mariska Hargitay and Taylor Swift.
