Dio - We Rock (1984)
From my Rock Video Library: Dio - We Rock (1984) The clip is composed of video fragments from a live concert. "We Rock" is the high-octane opening track and second single from Dio's landmark second studio album, The Last in Line, released on July 2, 1984. Written by frontman Ronnie James Dio, the song was conceived during a pool game at Caribou Studios in Colorado, where the high altitude inspired a sense of spirituality and energy that Dio wanted to translate into a "rock anthem" for his fans. * Album: The Last in Line (1984). * Genre: Heavy Metal. * Classic Lineup: Ronnie James Dio (Vocals), Vivian Campbell (Guitar), Jimmy Bain (Bass), Vinny Appice (Drums), and Claude Schnell (Keyboards).
