I'm Never Gonna Live It Down - Knight Brothers - 1965

Remembered primarily for their one chart hit titled, Temptation 'Bout To Get Me, the Knight Brothers were a Washington, DC duo comprised of Jimmy Diggs and Richard Dunbar, who recorded on the Chicago based Checker Records label and then subsequently on the Mercury Records label. I'm Never Gonna Live It Down, was written by Chicago songwriters, Sheila DeMell and Paylia Parham, and was released as the follow up single to the pairs 1965 hit single, Temptation 'Bout To Get Me. While it failed to chart nationally, the song is an outstanding effort by Diggs and Dunbar.
