Letterbox Edition - Live at The Strand - May 5, 2012 - Particular

A video of me (Dale Culp, Letterbox Edition) playing Letterbox Edition's first live set. I own the recording and performing rights to this song, lyrics and music. May 5, 2012 - Cinco De Mayo at El Strando! in McAdoo, PA. (Apologies for the blurriness and low sound quality. I was backlit, as you can see, and there were a lot of people standing RIGHT NEXT to the camera, for some reason. I tried boosting the brightness so you might actually see my face, but I think I made it worse.) This was my first live gig in about 3 years, and my first time playing electronic music in front of an audience. The song, "Particular," is an unreleased track from my upcoming EP. This was the first time anyone other than myself had heard it. The instruments used in the video are a Zoom RhythmTrak ST-224 sampler and AkaiPro SynthStation25 with an iPod Touch running Argon Synth by IceGear Software. As for the rest of the show, it was great! A very diverse set of bands played -- everything from indie/dischordia to electronic (me) to ska were on the same bill. Lots of fun for everyone! Special thanks to Tedd Hazard for giving me the time to play on such a tight schedule.
