Album: Tribute To Carey Bell, https://lurrie.com/ Buy: https://amzn.to/2JRyyUE Lyrics: It's so easy to love you It's so hard to leave you alone It's so easy to love you baby It's so hard to leave you alone Well I Ain't never satisfied until I hold you in my arms You're my all day steady baby You're my midnight dream You're my all day steady Darlin you're my midnight dream Well you're the sweetest little thing I have ever seen You're in my bloodstream You're the marrow in my bones Yes, you're in my bloodstream Darlin you're the marrow in my bones Lord, when I can't love you baby, all of my heartbeats have gone Carey Bell was a mainstay of the Chicago blues scene from his recording debut in 1969 until his death in 2007. Initially a protégé of Big Walter Horton, Carey went on to play with many of the Chicago greats, including a spell with Muddy Waters. Carey also left behind a family of Bell musicians of whom guitarist/vocalist Lurrie is probably the best known, but here he is joined by his three brothers: Steve on harp, Tyson on bass and James on drums.
