Behind the Treadmills: Here It Goes Again BTS - OK Go (‘06 VMAs Rehearsals)

Well, well, well. Look what r/OKGo dragged in. After nearly two decades buried in the depths of physical media—in the deluxe CD/DVD combo edition of our second studio album, Oh No, to be exact—this here behind-the-treadmills video has wormed its way to the internet’s glossy surface. Reddit’s good for that kind of thing. It’s now officially been 19 years (!) since the debut of Here It Goes Again—originally uploaded to YouTube on July 31, 2006. Not too long after that date, we’d be invited to perform the whole routine LIVE at the VMAs—the rehearsals for which you’re seeing (likely for the very first time) right here. Wildly stressful stuff. We blacked out. Forgot this footage existed. Hardly recognize these kids.
