in the early 90's artist wayno draino and his staff from his mag. (new underground mag.} decided to through there own parade illegally (it was illegal because they marched down madison ave during lunch time with out a permit)for two resons 1. to promote the comic book mag they just created and 2. to piss off the mayor( ROUDOLPF GUILIANI)at that time. many popular artist attended CHRIS NAPOlITANO(PLAYBOY MAG.)JIM FLORENTINE(HOWARD STERN)AND AXEL ROSE(GUNS AND ROSES)AND THE ARTFUX.WAYNO AND HIS N.U.M. STAFF GATHERED UP AS MANY BIKINI CLAD CHICKS THAT THEY COULD FIND and THEY GOT SOME OF THERE HARDCORE FANS AND A BAG PIPPER AND THEY CARRIED WAYNO DOWN MADISON AVE IN NEW YORK CITY ON HIS LEGENDARY SURF BOARD SO HE COULD SURF THE CITY.THEY WENT FROM 50TH STREET DOWN TO THE BAR BEOWULF(WHICH WAS DESIGNED AND CREATED BY WAYNO HIMSELF HE SLEPT ON A COUGH ON THE STAGE SOME TIMES) IN THE EAST VILLAGE.WHEN THEY GOT to the bar wayno AND HIS BUDDY DAVE "ROADHOG" RYAN SANG A SONG CALLED "DRUNKEN WOMAN"(PARODY OF DOORS L.A. WOMAN)THEN WAYNO AND HIS STAFF DRANK FOR FREE AND THEN THEY BANGED ALL THE CHICKS!WAYNE IS RELEASING THIS FOOTAGE NOW(MAY 2008) BECAUSE HE IS FINALLY COMING OUT WITH A NEW COMIC CALLED "ANTIPULP" IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CALLED ANTIPOP DEDICATED TO ARTIST RON ENGLISH(FROM THE MOVIE SUPER SIZE ME) BUT HE COULD'T TAKE THAT NAME BECAUSE RON HAD COPY WRITTEN IT.WAYNO IS FRIENDS WITH RON BUT HE DIDN'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF ASKING HIM.
