GROW THE GAME! Welcome to Extra Man Open, where we talk field lacrosse! My name is Sean Fredella. I am a 4-time cancer survivor and creator of Extra Man Open. I am a 4-time childhood cancer survivor and avid sports fan. As a little boy, I wasn't able to play most sports because of my sickness, and by the time I had beaten cancer, it was too late to play sports like football. I learned about a new sport called lacrosse, stepped in a goalie cage, and never looked back! Lacrosse will always have a special place in my heart and I will always love the game and be thankful for the sport accepting me with open arms.
