Kevin, feeling very sad and lonely after spending his first day in a new junior high school meets a young girl on his bus ride home who drops a pencil and suddenly disappears. Is this mysterious young girl a ghost of a girl who died on a bus years before? Why is she so adamant that Kevin learn bus safety rules? Andrew Piran Bell (born 11 August 1970) is a British musician and songwriter. He is known as the bass guitarist of Oasis and vocalist and guitarist of the shoegaze band Ride.
