Ripped from a promotional CD I got from the California Highway Patrol. Once again, Jessie Spano, in her own words: I just contributed a super special record from 1998! It's our very own rendition of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," and it's from the California Highway Patrol to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy 1999! How cool is that?! And get this, the lead vocals are handled by none other than CHP Officer Ponch! (Jon was supposed to be there too, but he couldn't make it, sadly!). We've got the sweet voices of The Kelly Kapowski Children's Singers providing the most angelic backing vocals! The whole thing is backed by the incredible Zack Morris Orchestra! And the musical masterminds behind it all: Zack Morris produced the track, and the arrangement was done by both Zack and Kelly!
