TOP TEN: The Best Songs Of Starset

This band was formed in 2013 by 'Downplay' vocalist Dustin Bates with bandmates Ron DeChant (bass, keyboard), Brock Richard (guitar) and drummer Adam Gilbert. They created a fictional backstory for the group which basically says that they were formed as part of a public outreach initiative by the Starset Society. They released their debut album "Transmissions" in 2014 and reached the Top 50 in the US Billboard Top 200 album charts. Three singles of the album reached the Top 20 of the US Mainstream Rock Charts. Their 2nd album "Vessels" did even better and peaked at #11 while also reaching international charts across the globe, with the single "Monster" peaking at #2 in the Mainstream Rock Charts in the USA. Two more albums have been released since. First "Divisions" in 2021 (peaked at #37 in the USA) and in 2021 "Horizons".
