Junior Kimbrough - "Feels So Good #1" - First Recordings - Vinyl
Acquire Vinyl: prescribedvinyl.com/vinyl-records/junior-kimbrough-first-recordings-ep/179 A stand-out track off of the First Recordings EP (released in 2009) that captures the essence of one of the last Mississippi blues-men to grace vinyl. Recorded in 1966, this is a rare glimpse into the past of an almost overlooked musician who didn't release his first LP until he was 62 years old (in 1992). It kinda makes you wish you had the chance to see Junior play it live at his own juke joint that he ran for 30 years on the side of a road in northern Mississippi...
