The Eagles - Seven Bridges Road Intro (Live Rehearsal - 1977)
From time to time, I have been asked to name my favorite bands / of the 1970s, a seemingly tough question. However, despite the huge number of amazing bands to pick from, there were always 3 bands from that era that I wanted to see live in concert, more than any other: The BeeGees, ABBA, and, last, but not least, The Eagles. Alas, I never got to see ABBA or The BeeGees in concert. But, when The Eagles reunited for their Hell Freezes Over tour, I was there!! And it was everything I hoped for and more. The Eagles were something amazing. A distinct sound. And nobody was better than them when it came to vocal harmonies. Which is on full display here in this short clip of their rehearsal of the intro to "Seven Bridges Road". Just awesome!!
