Renowned music journalist and comedy writer, Hastings resident David Quantick has curated three special events for the Summer Music Season 2014 at Electric Palace cinema, Hastings. 'David Quantick Introduces...' includes a Rock 'n' Roll Double Bill featuring a guest Q&A from indie pop band St Etienne about their latest music and film collaboration with the British Film Institute, How We Used To Live. Also screening that night (Sat 23 Aug) is A Message To The World, an inspirational profile of the punk musician Jesse Hector. Michael Fassbender's latest masterpiece, Frank (19 & 20 Sep), and David Essex's 1974 hit film Stardust (Sat 19 July) complete the trio of Quantick-curated events.
