Clarinet Road - New Orleans Trio (Runnin' Wild-1922)

The trio format of clarinet and strings has long been important in traditional New Orleans music for all occasions and a variety of settings. This live club performance was an acoustic showcase of popular songs in the public domain (1923 and earlier as of 2019) that are traditional standards. Featured alongside Evan Christopher is banjo/guitar virtuoso Don Vappie and bassist Kerry Lewis.
