The Beatles rarely made anything that didn't glisten with pop marketability. I can think of maybe two exceptions that got released (You Know My Name and The Inner Light... what, you've never heard of them? My point exactly). Even this song, though it was never a hit, and though John (who wrote it) said it "didn't quite work", had something special lurking. Back in our ancient times, I was determined to use the powers of Windows to Sky three-part harmony to fix it. This is Kat and Shannon and me sounding just about the loveliest we ever did. In spite of the false starts and things, I find this rehearsal run surprisingly affecting. Hope you do too.
